From the same seller in G_Fals thread below, he had his brass catchers banned from Ebay (wot a surprise  )
He is asking $10 US for each plus shipping. I have one and it is an interesting accessory I like.

I received mine a week or so ago. he has no more to sell for now. Ok now how does this thing attach without scratching the receiver???

It should slide right on.  The bar on the bottom with the leather cover is to provide tension against the botom of the receiver.  If any slight scratching is to occur it would be on the top cover.  To avoid this you could always add a little black tape to the underside of the section that contacts the top cover
