You're forgiven Bob.. I must say it surprised me that you were late, as anxious as you've been to meet Sue and it's handy to have a significant other to blame things on.. ...(just teasing Bob...) The meet was so nice and even though it was chilly the good company made up for it. Sue has quashed all images of British reserve, climbing giant glacial rocks and shimmying down steep slopes. She's a trooper and it's been a real joy having her here. I must admit I was nervous at first because I'm ill equipped to be a hostess..that meaning I'm out of practice. So I just decided to be myself and that's worked out just fine. |
