Oh Donno! I feel for you I really! There's nothing to bring out the worst in families than a bereavement. It happens in the closest of families!
 
As I see it, there is no point with people bickering and getting irate because the law will sort and divide your Aunts estate. It's the law, even in South Africa, as far as I can tell anyway, so the appointed solicitor will decide who has what. It can take months so sort, even years!

I quote: If the deceased is survived by a descendant or descendants, but not by a spouse then the descendant or descendants will inherit the intestate estate.

But you probably knew all that anyway.
