It's time!!  Conference is underway!!  I know the excitement is growing and everyone is going to be ready to explode wanting all the jucy details in the next few days!  So it is VERY IMPORTANT that we all are aware of the rules concerning conference both with HO and here at our beloved WLPCtoo.

BEFORE AND DURING CONFERENCE:

First there will be ABSOLUTELY NO conference spoilers allowed on WLPCtoo or WLPCtoo Yahoo until after the general session has ended on Saturday, July 19^th.

The boards will be monitored VERY closely during the next few days and anything at all conference spoiler related will be immediately deleted, without warning and a warning issued to the poster.

While some of us are dying to know all the details, others want to wait for their own conference and we must comply with all PC rules regarding this.  You better believe the board will be all abuzz on the night conference ends!  It's almost as fun as trying to wait up for Santa Claus with all the fun of waiting for midnight on New Year's!  If you just can’t wait until the 19^th I’d suggest you find a conference buddy who will email you the details privately.

AFTER CONFERENCE:

PLEASE keep all conference announcements on the Conference Info board.  All announcements posted anywhere else on the board…especially the General board, will be deleted immediately and without warning.  This is for the benefit of ALL members.  Especially those who do not wish to hear conference announcements until their cluster meetings or Fall Kickoff meetings.

All announcements posted must be in ATTACHMENT form only!  This is for those who receive daily digests or individual emails and do not wish to be spoiled.  We are asking this out of respect for those who enjoy the surprise.  HOWEVER, if you are one of those “don’t tell me a thing�?members, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU to change your group settings NOW to check messages online.  This can be done using the Tools link at the bottom of the left column any WLPCtoo page.

There are threads created on the Conference Info Board for each specific topic relating to conference.  This way everyone can find what they're looking for more easily and also for those to steer clear of those messages if they like.  PLEASE keep all postings confined to those two threads, and again in attachment form.  Threads are as follows:
