I ask the host at the beginning of the show to pick a guest in the audience who is either the most outgoing or has the biggest mouth (lol this usually generates a big laugh) When she picks this person (and she does not have to share if this person is a big mouth or the most outgoing) I make that person the guest special person. I hand them the bell and tell them all about what they need to do. Advertise the special through out the show. All they do is ding the bell anytime they want and announce the special. (people are so awesome at this...one girl at my last show helped me to sell 4 USG because as soon as she saw it she loved it and would tell people that all they had to do was purchase that and then $5 more and they would get the special )<o:p></o:p>

So anyways...they always have fun with the bell.<o:p></o:p>

THEN what I do is at the end of the show, I take the bell to wherever I am taking orders. Anyone who spends $50 gets to ding the bell, that way they guest special person knows that she has received a $1 off her order AND the hostess knows that she is earning lots of free products! In addition, if they book a show, they get to ding the bell 2 more times!!!!<o:p></o:p>

Everyone really has a TON of fun with this. People cheer during order taking when the bell rings. I can not say for sure that it is the bell, but, I have had at least 3/4 of my guests ordering more than $50 and have been getting about 3 bookings at each show for my last 5 shows! WOOO HOOO I really think that people get up there and feel like everyone else has been ringing the bell so they better too! Most of all, it is fun.<o:p></o:p>
