Chocolate Tips:<o:p></o:p>

  • Do you know that each year in the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">United States</st1:place></st1:country-region> 14 pounds of chocolate are consumed per person.
  • One of the most popular myths about chocolate is that it contains a lot of caffeine. One ounce of  milk chocolate contains only 6 milligrams of caffeine while 1 cup of coffee has 93-153 milligrams of caffeine
  • White chocolate is actually sugar, milk solids, & cocoa butter and has no chocolate liquer.
  • Chocolate liquer is made by grinding cocoa beans- the main component of chocolate.
  • The powdery gray film that you sometimes find on chocolate is called the “bloom: & occurs when the cocoa butter rises to the surface of the chocolate when it is exposed to temperatures higher than 75 degrees. It is not spoiled & is safe to eat.
  • Chocolate is  rich in phenylethylamine, a naturally occurring substance in the body which is thought to be a mood enhancer!
  • Store chocolate in cool dry place, about 60-75 degrees for optimum shelf life.
  • Wrap tightly to avoid absorbing odors or collecting moisture.<o:p></o:p>

Had this for a long time...sorry I don't know who wrote it, if it was YOU, thanks!

Ginny

Before I joined The Pampered Chef, we were in a real financial CRUNCH. We always wanted to have a 100 GRAND in our account, but our balance always read ZERO. My husband always popped a big bubble (BUBBLE GUM) when I overdrew the checkbook. We really needed more money (M & M's).

When I went to a Pampered Chef Show - I wanted to be a demonstrator! It looked like such a neat way to make $$. So I told my husband that I thought I'd like to be a Pampered Chef demonstrator. Boy did he SNICKER! He said, "you know - that's not a real job - it's a "home party thing" - besides, you never even cook!" My kids laughed, and told me I was a NERD in the kitchen. They said "mom you don't know a thingamajig from a WATCHAMACALLIT in those cupboards and drawers! I guess I really did have BUTTERFINGERS in the kitchen.

But I loved the products, and I'm no DUMB DUMB! Nor did I think I was getting SUCKERED into anything. I really did have my RISENS for wanting to stay at home. Why there was BABY RUTH to take care of. But I had my eye on that house over on
<st1:Street><st1:address>5TH AVENUE</st1:address></st1:Street> and I loved going to the SYMPHONY once in a while and they just weren't in our budget!

So I got off my BUNS and signed up for my kit! I have MOUNDS of fun at my Kitchen Shows. The products are really GOOD and PLENTY and there is lots of support information. It's the best job I've had BAR NONE. And on PAYDAY, WOW, my checks are WHOPPERS! What a LIFESAVER to our budget.

Now I can put some meals together really QUICK! And oh, my husband - he doesn't CHUCKLE about me being a "Home Party lady" anymore, cause I've taken him on some real DREAM vacations. I mean real SWEET ESCAPES like two Cruises,
<st1:State><st1:place>Hawaii</st1:place></st1:State>, and Disney for the whole family - all totally paid for by the Pampered Chef! All I have to do is about two Kitchen Shows a week, to earn the annual trip! I'm not sure which one of us loves my "job" more - him or me!?

So, if you're where I used to be in life or you would just like some EXTRA cash. Why don't you join me NOW ANDLATER! Cause TOOTSIE I'm on a ROLL and together we can both make a MINT!

Notes: Place all your candy bars in order inside the large SA tray, and cover it. Announce it as the last product you want to show. But wait to uncover it. Tell everyone how you've saved the very best product to show last. Then open it, and say, “I really feel that the opportunity to run your own business like I do, is the product, and the best by for your money that I can offer you tonight?

Don't be surprised if the guests clap for you at the end. I usually follow up by saying "thank you" and let's think about it - if they didn't clap for you at work today or at home - maybe we need to talk about a new job!<o:p></o:p>

here is another version that Ginny (Kitchen2u) had:
