The Batter Bowls are great for making healthy taco bowls - just put a tortilla down inside the bowl, and bake it at about 350 for 15-20 minutes (I think... not sure about the exact time.. you can get the specifics from s/s 2002 Seasons Best cookbook- Chocolate Fondue recipe). These are great for serving taco salads. Way healthier than deep frying! Or you can do a sweet version for serving a healthy dessert- before you bake the tortilla, spritz some water on one side, and sprinkle with a cinnamon/sugar mixture.
