I don't know if this is in there or not. I believe it is Michelle's and it may give you a good idea or two. Hope it helps!
Anyone else have any ideas?

Tiffany

Hey, John and others -

I just checked out the fabulous link way over on the left
<----------------
way down at the bottom. It is very cute and has a lot of ideas we can use at our October shows. I'm so glad you asked this question -- it reminded me to go check this out myself.

Who ever did this for us (Jenn?) -- it is *so* cute!!

If I knew how to put the little link right here, I would, but I don't, so I'm dumb, too!!

Anyway . . .go over along the left side, go way down under where it says 'MESSAGES' , down, down down almost to the bottom right above Manager Tools, it says
 WLPCtoo's Halloween Central
-- there is a ton of ideas. I hope it's what you are looking for!

Hi, I have a hostess who requested a Halloween Show on the 15th.
Here is what I am offering her.

Recipe choices:
Pumpkin Chiffon Torte or
Spiced Pumpkin Pie Spread with Apple Wedges & Cinnamon Pastry Wedges

Depending on which recipe she chooses, I am going to use the cooling or cooking time to demo some Halloween treats.

I have asked her to choose 2 or 3 of the following. I will either have the sample completed or ready for the finishing touches, as well as a quick demo of how the results were achieved.

Finish decorating a prebaked mini-pumpkin from the Mini Fluted Stoneware Pan.

Making a Hershey Cookie/Kiss Witches Hat

Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies

Apple/peanut butter, marshmallow monster mouths

Demo using PC tools to “carve?a mini pumpkin

Demo using PC tools to create a mini pumpkin centerpiece.

I am also going to offer some PC Halloween tips which I pulled off another document that I saved in the past.

Here are some of those:

Make your Halloween less scary with these quick tips!

 • Sprinkle Cinnamon and nutmeg all over the inside of your pumpkin. When the candle is lit it will smell like pumpkin pie.
 • When your pumpkin starts to look a little shriveled place the ENTIRE pumpkin into a sink or bucket of warm water. After an hour or so it will expand back and look fresh! This is a great tip so you can enjoy your pumpkin longer.
 • Use the Zester-Scorer to score "hair" that will show when pumpkin is lit.
 • Use V-Shaped Cutter for eyes & teeth.
 • The corer cuts round eyes or the chimney on top to let the smoke out.
 • For those who cut their pumpkins on the top, the Cake Tester puts the lit match down to the candle.
 • Batter Bowl makes a pumpkin cake; or turns Barbie into a Witch
 • For safer popcorn balls w/ no hard kernels, Place Non-stick cooling Rack over your popcorn bowl, invert & shake--the unpopped kernels drop out.
 • Chop leftover Halloween candy with Food Chopper and store in freezer. Great additions to muffins, cakes, and icings for kids of all ages.

I hope that some of these might be helpful. If anyone needs directions or recipes...let me know. I'll add them here.

Blessings, Debbie

Yes. That was me. I was up late one night and thought I would add this to the site. I figured it was easier to do that instead of searching for the threads.

I will probably do one for Christmas too!

hth,
Jenn

I made the pumpkin cake with my fluted pan in the micro - did the quick fantastic and for some reason my cakes keep sticking. I brushed on the oil and used powdered sugar instead of flour, do you think I should use flour?
Anyway I followed the directions for frosting - can tell you I was embarrased to use the electric mixer. And there wasn't enough orange and too much green.
So we need to change this recipe to make the frosting PC style (anybody wanna send out a recipe for that?) and only use half the amount it calls for to set aside for the green.
Otherwise it was great.

Oh honey the flour was supposed to make it come off easier so I would say use the flour not sugar, when sugar melts it gets sticky. I made up a batch of the stoneware seasoning that someone posted and it works great! I even used it inplace of Pam by just brushing it on with a pastry brush, no over spray to deal with or flour flying everywhere. I haven't tryed the pumpkin cake recipe yet so don't think I can help you there sorry.
hth a little
Jenny

I always hear from people to use powdered sugar instead of flour for a sweet recipe. Those people must not make cakes, I am using flour from now on!
