I need a green dessert that isn't hard to make like maybe a cookie pizza or something for a show on St Patty's day. Please help!

How about a dessert pizza using a sugar cookie crust.  Put some green food coloring into the sugar cookie.  Use kiwi and green grapes in the topping.  Don't have a recipe.  There used to be an old PC recipe called Dessert Pizza.  I don't have that cookbook something like Pampered Chef Classics?

You could also do the Tropical Breeze Fruit Tart from the Easy Pies & Tarts collection.  It should be in the docs section.  Put some green food coloring into the filling.

Could also do the Baked Alaska with green tinted cool whip.  Add a few green sprinkles.  Maybe see if your florist has some shamrocks you could decorate the cake with.

Hey, IF you've got the Cookie Press, then forget the shamrocks from the florist, & just make a small batch of green tinted sugar cookies using the Shamrock/3-Leaf Clover disc. You could probably put these standing up (probably more @ an angle!) @ the base of the green Baked Alaska & maybe top it w/one or two as well.

Sorry, Michelle. Didn't mean to put you down or anything. It's just when I've got the opportunity to show off another product, I'll ALWAYS choose that route!! I DO like your idea of the green Baked Alaska & the green sprinkles. Hey don't they sell shamrock sprinkles @ the store in the cake aisle??

The Pink Lemonade Dessert Squares in the new Season's Best, except substitute limeade and green food coloring for the pink lemonade and red food coloring.  Top with slices of lime instead of lemon.

The cookie press thing is a good idea!  I forgot there was a shamrock disk.  I'm still trying to master the cookie press...

You weren't putting me down.  I was actually grasping there with the shamrocks!

You could even do a white cake tinted green instead of the chocolate!

Color some coconut green and put it at the base of the cake.  Looks like grass.  My mom used to do this a lot when we were growing up.  Always at Easter.  She's pretty creative with cakes.  Then put the green shamrock cookies at the base of the Baked Alaska.
