I am setting a table up at a local gym this Thursday and people normally have smalling small to eat at the table like chips and one of our dips. I want to be creative though, since it is so close to Halloween. My problem is everything that I want something fairly healthy since I will be at the gym. Any suggestion?

Thanks,
Mindy

How about some of the dips that you can use with apples or veggies?

Like the Spiced Pumpkin Pie Spread with apples...

Hot Pizza Dip with veggies...

You could also do popcorn with our Southwest Seasoning sprinkled on it.

I don't know about creative, but maybe it would be more festive in one of the striped bowls or something, but there is a fruit dip in the desserts cookbook, (I can't locate mine right now) that is a low fat recipe, and is very delicious, I made it for a women's night out thing sponsored by the local hospital that was supposed to be for women's health mainly, and everybody raved about it.
