Does anyone have a document of a couple of recipes for left over turkey? Or can we just list them here?
I know about the turkey cranberry wreath and the Home-Style Turkey Hash, but what else is out there that has been tried?

Since everyone loves them so much, we're having the potstickers the day after Thanksgiving. I know they're good with chicken and with beef; I'm just hoping they're good with turkey too!

Bree, here's one I had from last year. I know it's not JUST Turkey recipes but it also includes ALL those Thanksgiving Day leftovers....

Btw, just about ANYTHING you would make with CHICKEN you could substitute with TURKEY.

Oh, & my FAVE post-Thanksgiving Day recipe is a Turkey Pot Pie, where I will also include the leftover veggies & gravy. GREAT way to use up alot of those leftovers IMO!!

HTH!

I was so excited when I read this topic because I KNEW I had a document from last year for Thanksgiving Leftovers....well, guess what....it's the same one that Marian has!

Homestyle Turkey Hash is a good PC recipe....

Turkey Cranberry Ring is a good one too....

Thanks Ladies!
I'm doing my newsletter this month full of apple, pumpkin, and leftover turkey recipes.
In Word it's about 10 pages...
I had to attach the monthly specials as a pdf file.
I told this one girl about it and she said to send it to her in the full 10 pages because I told her I was thinking of cutting it down. Maybe it won't be that big once I copy it into the email...
