At my show last night I had a partylite & home interiors lady and a creative memories lady.  We started talking about sending cards to our past hosts and maybe high buyers.  Do you send cards?  What do you include?  Who do you send them too?  I was considering sending a recipe and a card.  Maybe just a postcard with a good recipe and a wish from me.  Now what recipe?

This year I'm sending Thanksgiving cards to my all my Hostess and Christmas post cards to everyone. The reason for Thanksgiving, is because if it wasn't for the Hostess I wouldn't have shows. I just made 3 years doing PC, and realized relationship with everyone is important. Being Military spouse, alot of my Hostess have moved. So, I got keep working on building the business. Also, I send cards to my team members.

I send them to my hosts for the past year, my downline, and to prefered customers (those taht really stick out in my mind).  I'm mailing a card that has no religous tone and the winter mini catalog.

Last year I sent out Thanksgiving postcards....My postcard is in the documents....

Since last year was my first year with PC I wanted to do something special for all my customers.  Pretty much for all the reasons Jane said.

Also being a military spouse....I'VE MOVED and want my customers to know that I can still help them out should they need something.

I think I'll send out Christmas/Holiday cards out to all my past hosts.  Nothing special inside other than a short Happy Holidays note from me and maybe a 10% off coupon.

I'm thinking that with that coupon I'll make a note saying that if they've hosted a show with me within the last year they can use their discount + my 10% gift to receive a 20% discount!  If they haven't hosted a show in the last year and would still like to take advantage of the 20% discount....Host a show between NOW and Jan 31st and I'll honor the extra 10%!

I send out Holiday cards to all my past hosts and a postcard to my customers.  Last year I sent an ornament to my hosts but this year I had my business card printed on a 2006 calendar magnet.  That way they can put it on their fridge or by their desk and my info is right there,  When the year is up they can just cut off the calendar.
I put the slogan, Why stand in line when you can shop online!  (but with all the trouble with the website I almost wish I hadn't!)

Colorado has a lottery ticket that has a gingerbread man on it, I am thinking of sending that along with the magnet to those who made it into my Host Hall of Fame this year.

If anyone is crafty, you can use the rubber stamps from Nancy's to design your own cards.  I make them up quickly to distribute to anyone on my newsletter or info list.  It's a cheap and easy way to keep your name in front of the customers without being pushy.  Everyone loves receiving a cute card in the mail
