Pink Lemonade Dip Recipe #163977

This dip always goes fast whenever I make it. It's fat free, very low in sugar, and delicious! It's intended for fruit, but people love it so much, they tend to dip everything else into it also!
4 ounces fat free cream cheese
1 teaspoon pink sugar-free lemonade-flavored drink mix
1 1/2 cups fat-free cool whip

12-15 servings

1 hour 5 minutes; 5 mins prep

  1. Beat the cream cheese and lemonade mix together until smooth and combined.
  2. Beat in 1/2 cup of the Cool Whip to combine.
  3. Fold in the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve with fruit slices!

Another great "pink" recipe is a version of the Choc Chip Sensation (in the Delightful Desserts cookbook, I think). It calls for Chocolate pudding, but you can get white chocolate and put about three drops of red food coloring into it.  Cute, easy and oh, so good!

~~

on second thought... I updated a document that I got from my director's loop last year, and uploaded it here.

http://www.msnusers.com/welovepamperedcheftoo/Documents/HWC/2006Help_Whip_Cancer_in_the_Pink_Recipes.doc

it's also listed under the Documents >> HWC >> 2006Help Whip Cancer in the Pink Recipes.

Enjoy!

I drink LOTS of the sparkling Lemonade since I am on WW and had to give up MR PIBB!  (notice my screen name???).  I use the Diet Ginger Ale and a 2 qt amount of any Powdered SF lemonade mix (Wylers, Country time, etc).  Just put a small amount of Ginger ale and powder in quick stir until mixed - it gets very foamy!  add remainder of gingerale and raspberries and lemons! MMMMMM  As long as you don't drink the original and this one together you will be quite happy with the diet version!

I think I saw you post this earlier mspibb. I did cut and paste your  diet versions for my recipe files and will offer it as a leaner version. I love Ginger Ale! Is this version just not as sweet? Or, is it actually less claories?
Thanks for posting it again.

Since the Diet Ginger ale and SF Lemonade are 0 calories and there would be negligable calories from a 1/2 c of Raspberries I think 0 calories.  It is not a sweet as the 'real' version!
