I found it on another bulletin board and thought it would make a really good stoneware fluted pan recipe!
white ckae mix
1 3 oz pck blackberry gelatine
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup blackberry wine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter
Grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch tube pan.sprinkle pecans in the botto of the pan.Combine ckae mix, gelatine, eggs, oil and 1 cup of the wine in a bolw.Beat for 2 minutes and the pour over nuts in the pan.Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until it testes done.While cake is baking mix 1/2 cup of wine, sugar and butter.Beat until smooth.When cake is done and still in pan pour half of the glaze on the cake..Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.Cool cake complitly before pouring the rest of the glaze on it.Serve with whipped cream.
