Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to wrap mini loaf breads? I want to give them as a gift, but I don't want to use foil. How long do they stay good wrapped? Should I keep them in the refridgerator until I give them?
Thanks, Monique

I always make mine a week before and freeze.  Then, took out the day before, wrapped it in pretty celophane and put in center around the other homeade goodies I made.  Some friends of mine & I get together every year for homeade candy making.

I agree...celophane and a pretty bow.  Or if you're going RIGHT over, you can put them in a basket and cover with a pretty towel.  Then they can choose what to do with them after that.

You can also wrap in saran wrap and put in a basket or get one of those big giant baggies and put under the towel if you do the open in a basket thing.

As for how long they stay good....hmm...usually about a week at room temp in a cool dark place depending on the bread of course.  It never lasts that long in our house!  2-4 months in the freezer for best taste.  I don't like to store bread in the fridge, it dries out.
