I know we had some great discussions about Mardi Gras last year.  I guess I'll have to create a Mardi Gras Central!!!  I'll see if I can find some of those discussions.

 

Anyway, last year at my Mardi Gras show I did Jumpin Jumbalaya.  I think that's supposed to be done in stoneware, but I did it on the stovetop so I could show cookware.  Then I made a King Cake on the Large round stone.  I didn't hide the baby inside because when I did a trial run at home the baby melted!

What about that recipe for pancakes on the stoneware that you bake in the oven?  Or a turtle fudge cake?  Something very endulgent- right before Ash Wednesday.
