Okay, I got a reply from HO about my computer (Vista installed) problems with PP & P3....  Their response WORKED!!  YAY!!!  If you want to know about my woes, check the thread titled "HELP! PP backup question".   If anyone else has problems, try this. Side note: my furnace is working again---cost $176--added from the previous visit of $330--no labor charge though because they should have caught it Monday. Time to book more shows!!

Sandi -- THANK YOU for sharing this info with us!  I was a bit worried about Vista, I need to upgrade before the end of March and when I read your woes, I was very concerned.

Glad you got it all figured out, just sorry it took a lot of chaos for you!
