When you are in the show (in any of the screens) on the left hand side, by the show listings, there is an option right below the tabs that says "Print Sales Receipts."  It will bring up a box where you can select which receipts to print.

bottom left screen....... highlight the show tab and then click on the show. The print receipt link is right about the show listing....... click on that and then a new window opens up and you can choose who's receipt to print or select all
