I've procrastinated long enough, and am finally working on my taxes.  Quick question....  I'm using Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes.  As for the business name, do you use your own name, or that of PC?  And, did you file for a "DBA" (Doing Business As)?

You will use your own name. Have someone double check your turbo tax before you send it. I work for H&R Block also and have had to amend several returns that were done using turbo tax because they were wrong. Feel free to email me directly with other questions.
