I haven't made any with the batter bowls yet, but I made one with a 9x13 rectangle pan. I made a fish.
It was for my boss' birthday. He's a big fisherman.

I don't have a pic, but last year I made a cake in the classic batter bowl and scooped out the filling to make it look like a basket.  Then I dyed some coconut green and put it in the basket, along with different Easter candies.  I used pipe cleaner and ribbon for the handle and iced it with the EAD.  It was adorable!

Although I don't have a picture, my kids & I do a bunny every year (Sometimes two).  It's always fun seeing what they can come up with.
I'd say for a show, you could show off:
Non-stick Cake Pan set (cook the cakes in advance to transport)
Decorative Bottle Set
Prep Bowls
Small Batter Bowl
Spreader
Nylon Scrapers
Knife of choice
Large Cutting Board
And the list could go on.

I've drawn it up in a Word document.  Hopefully you can get the idea.

you say that becomes a tall bunny - do you think it would fit on the flip side of the bamboo cutting board?

It would be a tight fit.  The pans are 9", so you're looking at roughly 19+ inches.  The Bamboo Carving Board is 19" tall.  I guess it'd depend on how you lean your ears.
