Thought I'd share what I do when I give the host her Season's Best. You probably already do this but I added on to it. Before I get to the show and have everyone sign it I write in the middle in blue pen (because the guests are all going to write in red), Dear "Susie", Thank you for inviting me into your home for a Kitchen Demo! Mary Feb 19, 2005 I also stamp the next page with my catalog stamp. That way they not only see their friend's names when they use it, but they also see mine! I've also run out of the current SB and have used old ones calling them "collectables" or "classics." I thought the host would be upset about getting an older version but so far so good. They've just been delighted to get another freebie from me! Mary |

Call me lazy but I don't jot a note in there. Maybe I should?? Anyhoot, this is what I've usually done & that is to just put on a label (Avery 5160 label) that says something to the effect: "This cookbook is a gift from your Kitchen Consultant, Marian Winans." Followed by my phone # & now my PC.biz website addy. I usually just stick the label on the back cover over the UPC label, leaving the inside cover blank for her guests to sign. Though now I kinda like that personal touch w/the note.... now if I could just remember to do that?!?! Marian |

I usually give the host the season's best after the show when we are closing out her show. I put a note in there saying Dear Suzie, Thank you so much for hosting a PC kitchen show with me. We had a great time and all your hard work really paid off! Happy Cooking, Michele I like the idea of having guests sign the book, but then I'll have to change my note! Michelle |

I write a note in it as well...for example, last night I wrote: Michelle- Thank you for hosting a pampered chef kitchen show. I hope you have a "grand" time! Then my name! I did this because her goal was a $1000 party...So far we're at 860! |

Wahoo!!! QueenoftheCrop!!! You go girl!! Toot toot toot toot!! Here's prayin' for that cha-ching of a 1Kilo Show to become a reality!! Yippee!! Hey have you ever thought about offering an end of the year contest drawing to all your 1K Hosts??? I think it was Joy-West or perhaps Meagan or who knows maybe BOTH who came up w/an incentive to Hosts who achieve at least the $500 mark in Guest Sales to be entered in a End of the Year prize drawing for like a $50 value gift from PC to the winner?? And to those Hosts who reach the 1K mark they would receive TWO entries into that End of the Year drawing. Maybe you could just continue on that same vein & for EVERY $500 they'd be able get an entry??!! Just a thought... Anyhoot, CONGRATS CONGRATS !! Even @ $860 that's still not too shabby now is it??!! Marian |
