This month we are having a Luau, its a pig roast. Long story on that.

My team members are dressing in Hawaiian shirt, flip flops, etc.

6:00pm is cons. training, thats where I do a fast demo having my consultants talking as if it was a show, 7:00 is team meeting. I do an on time drawing 6:45.

I have done a "Jane Jeopardy" they had fun with that, PC Feud, Tic tac Toe (that one they get it done fast), those games they splint into 2 teams.

I found out my team loves to eat, so it get them excited about attending, I have 12 to 14 show up. 

So, you see in May I promoted the June meeting, when they walked out the door they all got leis (from the dollar store) with a note and Risen candy about the Risen to attend June meeting etc.

Before they leave June meeting I have something for them to take for the reason of attending June meeting.

I have a "Queen of Product", someone I asked to talk about her favorite product, benefit, etc.  Last Month someone did the A/P/C,helped new cons. get to try and understand using it.

I also have show and tell at the end of the meeting, its alot of fun to see what everyone comes out with for ideas for Bridal shows, etc.

I'm taking pictures tomorrow night, last time my battery for my camera was dead.

Do you have an outline for your Jeopardy meeting or your PC Feud?

It seems my team gets all fired up with a competition thing and they have SUCH fun - so now I am looking for more things like that we could do...

I just had Hostess Coaching, Shows - points - under each points for example someone in the team did an air demo, or did opening of a show or how to sell the guest special

Business - they all had to have their planner (of course not everyone in the team had it), I make a big thing about their planner, it show be with them all the time.  So, the other team had to show if they had their planners with them and they got the points.

Its points instead of money. Cell phone, Hostess show planner, or even do a 30second commercial.  Also, the incentive that was great, because not everyone stays top of know what it is, requirements.

The team that that the most points got a prize.

for the PC feud, I will look that one up on my files.

Because, I did the "Jane j" but I don't think I saved the papers I had made on the board.

Tomorrow, we are covering alot, because I made up a new Bingo game for shows, and talking about in and out shows for August, Doing the math (about their business), Summer theme shows(that one is from our directory but I'm changing it a littler, still doing it in teams but planning to make it more fun) working their business (that one I gave to one of my team members to talk about.
