I had a show yesterday and guest has cookware that is horrible. The outer coating is coming off. I am pretty sure she bought it thru me. I am running PP+ but want to go back into old version of PP and pull up here file to see the date and such of when she bought it.
How can I go back and find this info out>?

I dont know about pp, but if the cookware is the old generation II or the other stuff (not proffessional or executive which has a lifetime guarantee) it only has a 2 year guarantee on it.  hth

How can I tell what version of the cookware it is? The issue is the "coating" on it is all flaking off on the bottom of pan as well as inside.

If you imported your info from PP when you installed P3, you can just search there.  Click on reports and then order history.  Type in her name, or you can select category and cookware and see everyone that has purchased cookware for any date range you select.  If you did not import, you will have to find PP in your list of programs and run it.  There is an order history option there too, but it has been so long since I've used it, I forgot how! LOL
