Is there a way to edit the due dates of tasks once they are in the computer?  The default dates that they enter when you put in tasks are nowhere near the dates I like to use.....

Is there any way to change the defaults?  If not, is there a way to edit individual tasks once they are established?

Thanks?

Yes!  I didn't like the way they were coming up, either, so I messed around and figured it out.  Go to TOOLS  --> Preferences  --> Personalize PP.  Then you can select from the drop-down list what you want to change, such as 'Cooking Show'.  Then you can click on each of the tasks and set it however you want.

You can also edit tasks once they are already set by double clicking on the task, uncheck the 'set task to date' on the Associate With tab, go to the Details tab, and set the date what ever you want on the calendar.

Clear as mud?  HTH!

A million thank you's Sandi!!!  I had set my defaults to different time frames, but if I leave a message, I like to update the due date so I know when to call again, and couldn't figure out how to do it -- you are a lifesaver!!!
