Just got this forwarded from my upline, Mary Grant:

from Karan Radcliffe~

At our Saturday Training, we made and sampled all the "Homemade for the Holidays' theme recipes.
But we added a few...and wanted to share with all of you!
Spiced Nuts

Sugar and Spice Nuts

In a large mixing bowl, mix and set aside

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Ginger

 3Tbsp. Sugar

½ Nutmeg

In Stir Fry Skillet melt 1/4 c. Butter, add 3 c. Nuts and stir with Bamboo Spoon, heat nuts and coat with butter, then add ½ c. Sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring continually, until sugar melts and carmelizes. 5-6 min. Toss in bowl with spices. Spread on Parchment Paper, cool completely. Break cluster into individual nuts. Store in a tightly covered container.

Yield: 3 cups

Homemade Easy Turtles...
Place a small "heart-rounded" pretzel on Parchment Paper.
Unwrap, and Place a  "Rolo" Carmel on top and place in the oven on a baking stone
For 2 min at 300°. Remove from oven. Take a whole pecan half and press down.
The chocolate squishes over the chocolate and the pecans in the center. There you have it!

I am sorry, I do not know where this idea originated, to give the proper thanks and credit, but it's a keeper for me!
