Anyone have any ideas for games using dubloons (sp?) or beads at a Mardi Gras theme show? I was thinking about throwing chocolate coins to people for asking questions or participating somehow in the demo, then at the end having a mini "quarter auction" for small stuff like citrus peelers, twixit clips and paring knives.

What I've done in the past is pretty much exactly what you already thought Shelby.  I gave out coins every time anyone asked me a question, answered a question, or participated in some way.  Then I had some necklaces (not too many) and gave those out everytime someone asked me a question about my job.  I didn't tell them what they were for though.  I ended up giving the person with the most necklaces a gift or maybe it was a % off or $ off per necklace.

I don't do the small stuff anymore...citrus peelers etc...Instead I do one bigger gift...always a recipe card collection with recruiting info and a biz card in a bag that looks like a great deal more than it actually is!  So that's my prize for the doubloons.
