There used to be a group of 4 friends that went to lunch after church on Sunday.  Well it has grown to a group of 12 (try getting a table for that many on Sunday at noon!) so this year it was going to be impossible to schedule an evening for a Christmas party.  We decided to have a Saturday brunchand Chinese auction.  I am taking the Bountiful Brunch Pizza it is my FAV PC breakfast dish!   I use my large bar pan for a big group.(We have a person who is a pickier eater than I am...imagine... so I am taking my small bar pan and making him his own without cheese!)

I also love making pancakes in the bar pan.  I did that last year at work for our Christmas bruch. Quick and simple.  Get the complete Pancake mix and use Soda water to make the pancake fluffy.  A bottle of the microwaveable syrup and you're good!
