Hi, I've been looking through the theme files because I've had my first person ask me for a show with this theme, so help, on one of the flyers posted it talks about.......

Fresh Salsa & Guacamole Duo - Side by side, this one-of-a-kind combo is a match made in heaven.
?? Is this made using the Fiesta Dip Mix?? Or is there a recipe I need to do these??

Lime Tortilla Chips - ?? What are these or do I make these??

Alcoholic or Non-alcoholic Margaritas!!!!
Traditional lime or Strawberry margaritas made in our Quick-Stir Pitchers will be the hit of the party! You decide on the alcohol content

Does anyone have the recipes of these they'd be willing to share, I've told hostess I'll make Non-Alcoholic kind and if guests want to add something then it's up to them or hostess, not me. But I don't have any recipes.

I was thinking of doing the Fiesta or Taco Ring that I've heard about. I'm not a huge fan personally of SW flavored foods, but want to make this a great show. I'm doing this as a free show, so I'm picking up costs, so I don't want to go overboard, but I also don't want to be cheap about it. This is also during Feb. so is there anything I can do/make that will showcase the cookware???

Thanks,
Lisa

The Fresh Salsa & Guacamole Dip Duo is in All The Best.

The Lime Tortilla Chips are from It's Good for You and also in the new Stoneware Inspirations!  You can also just buy the Tostitos ones too if you don't want to go through the process of baking them....especially in the hotter months!

Don't know on the margaritas.  I know that there is margarita mix in the frozen juice section.  That's what I planned on doing when I made this flyer!  Just add some finely chopped strawberries fresh or frozen with the food chopper to the mix if you want strawberry!  Or grab a blender if you have one handy!

If you do the taco ring, show the cookware by browning the meat there.  I'm not big on the taco ring myself.  But I know it seems to be a big hit at shows.

I planned on picking up some of those cute little umbrellas for the drinks and some disposable margarita cups for this show as well.  If you want, you can have them come dressed up!  Flip flops and cut off jeans and a tropical shirt.  Make it fun!  Play some Jimmy Buffett and Kenny Chesney in the background while the guests are arriving and turn it down really really low durring the show or all the way off if it bothers you.  You can turn it up a little more while people are eating and ordering!

This totally reminds me that I have a friend who said she'd do a show for me....she'd LOVE this theme!  Thanks for the reminder!

Michelle

I've just completed a "series" of Margaritaville Shows! LOL It's one of my most popular theme shows for summer.....having done 5 in a row!

Don't forget you can do a cheeseburger ring and call it "Cheeseburger (ring) in Paradise".  The main recipes I offer for this theme are: Cheeseburger Ring, Chicken Enchilada Ring and Coconut Shrimp.

My hosts usually ask for additional theme appropriate recipes they can add - and I share some dessert recipes that work well, such as Strawberry Margarita squares or Margaritia Pie.  My niece hosted a Jimmy Buffet/Margarita party this month and she had 18 people there!  So we made a double recipe of chicken enchilada ring with her demo-ing right beside me....like a hands on cooking class.

Salsa and guacamole are always a good side.....the Fiesta Pack is something I always keep on hand.

and the Lime tortilla chips are always a huge hit too!  They are delicious!

add some JB music, give everyone a lei, do a best dressed contest (my niece even had on a coconut shell bikini top!!!  Sometimes I even do some JB trivia for prizes.

I am doing several of these Margarita parties also.  I just talked to one of my hosts tonight and she wants tp spice it up a bit by playing sevral games.  Does anyone have some good ideas that would kind of go along with tis theme?
