I was offered the chance to do a Healthy Cooking Demo at a meeting for women going through Breast Cancer treatments.  This will be sponsered by the Breast Cancer Coliation .  What and how should I do????

While looking around on the Net for you, I found this PDF which includes some recipes that you might want to take a look at.  Looks interesting.

HTH you to get some sort of idea of where to start at least,
Marian

Here are some more CANCER FIGHTING RECIPES that perhaps you can use.  And here are some more:  Watermelon-Basil Vinaigrette, Winter Crisp, Lib's Garlic Soup, & some from the American Institute for Cancer Research. Here's some interesting info you could probably put together in a flyer:  Combining Certain Foods Fight Cancer Risk Better

Hope you can get some useful info from all of this,
Marian

THANK YOU !!!!! This will help a lot.  Has anyone ever done something similar to this?  If so other than a teaching format did you get anything out of the demo.  IE: leads of any sort...I will do the demo no matter what because my mom is a BC Survivor, I was just curious.  Thanks  Andrea
