I am new too! My first show is this weekend. I am doing a spinoff of Oprah "Favorite Things" show and highlighting all of the PC Favorite's...Cookware, Forged Cultery, Food Chopper, Mandoline etc.
I have a lot of PC from previous purchases and being a consultant YEARS ago, but I don't have any of the new stuff personally. So I am just making a point to talk about them in in the catalog.
I am premaking these dishes:
- Dutch Apple Mini Tarts (uses apple/peeler/corer/slicer; mini tart shaper, food chopper and cut and seal - all of which I have)
- Cheesy Bacon Bites (uses all purpos spreader, rectangle stone, but since it is not for sale any longer, I am highlighting the large bar pan, serrate bread knife, and small batter bowl)
- Chocolate cake in the mini fluted pan and giving them out to guest as take home gifts with a cute tag on them.
Then I am goning to make one of the rings, not sure which one yet. I found a LOT of great information on this site and ideas to get bookings.
