Putting a link over here on the Theme Show Ideas board from the General board so it doesn't get buried over there:  POWER COOKING (this thread shows how you can intro the idea to your customer base as a Customer Appreciation Night, & launches it from your home).

Power cooking may be just the answer for many families!  You, as the consultant, not only provide a valuable service by saving the host time, you also teach her and the guests how to create delicious meals that are ready in 30 minutes or less!  You also teach each guest how to save money on their food bills- and create extra cash for something else like a much needed vacation!
