Table Talk Tele-classes

I CHALLENGE you to sign up for a Tele-class this week! If you are unable to attend a tele-class at the available times, but would still like to benefit from the discussion, our audio recordings are the next best thing! Listen in on a pre-recorded tele-class session.

There is a calendar of tele-classes on CC. Go to the Consultant and Leadership Training tab and select Table Talk Tele-classes. You’ll find a list of calls that you can join in on, or audio recordings if that better fits your schedule. Make time this week to boost your biz!

Then come back here and report. Post the name of the tele-class and 3 things you learned that you will be implementing.

I couldn't get myself off "mute" to announce myself to MaryBeth Knowls from "UpState New York", and I had no success w/ the ##1 key.
I took "Booking a Year-Round Business" teleclass this morning.
I plan to implement these three things immediately:

#1. Get control of my calendar. Make sure all important personal (dates, appts, etc) are noted. Write-in birthdays, cluster meetings, & family-related matters. Have at least two months done, so I'm working on October now. I'm using a green highlighter for possible show dates, & I use $ sign.

# Bookings and offering the Opportunity are products I'm marketing to my guests. I set a Sales Goal and decided how many shows I'll need to have. Overbook! Always fill early dates first, then next month.
Every month is a Great month to have a show!!
One really good tip, I heard was to suggest the date you really want to fill, last..(Studies show that's the one they'll remember, they won't remember the other one or two mentioned).

#I will contact my outside orders, especially recent web-orders. I will say to each one: "It's very important to me that my customers are very satisfied with their purchase..."(and wait for a response).

I love this challenge. I've signed up for another tomorrow evening too. The content of the pre-recorded are good, if your schedule doesn't allow you to take live tele-classes. My computer doesn't allow me to take the on-line classes!

I took a couple of classes, but I'll have to post my notes of three points later.
I booked two shows; thank you CC class!
School starts on Monday. Good-bye live teleclasses, hello pre-recorded. When will Fall topics be discussed?

I took a pre-recorded Tele-Class "Making Customer Care a Success Habit" with Jane McDonald. I love the pre-recorded classes because if I'm taking notes and miss something I can just REWIND!!

 1. Why Customer Care is so important: One thing I didn't really think about was that our customers see US as The Pampered Chef. They may not even have any idea where our HO is! But they know where WE are and who we are! We want them to associate us with PC as one in the same. And it's right there in our Mission Statement in the last sentence: "We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of family life by providing kitchen products supported by service and information for our Consultants and customers."
 2. 4 simple steps to making effective phone calls: C-H-E-F "C"=Connect (Hi this is Michelle w/ TPC, do you have a moment?) "H"=Helpfulness (say why you're calling ask if they have any needs, questions) "E"=Expand (offering additional information) "F"=Follow-up or Future Contact (I'll give you a call on ___ to schedule your party or when would be a good time for me to call back about ______)
 3. Not every call will lead to success in bookings, recruiting, or sales. However, every call will be a successful call because someone knows you care about them!
 4. Ok...had to add a #4 because this is something I NEED to do....SCHEDULE it in my calendar! Mark off time to make calls and commit to it or you will just keep putting it off!

Michelle
