and I want you to tell Womyn and GQ and the rest of us exactly what it is that is wrong with that? You seem to imply that it is some dingbat religion so please elaborate for the rest of us just how moronic our religious beliefs are and how your religious beliefs are so superior to ours.

SummerMoondancer,
I can't find the messages about Pagans you are talking about. But I did find a word that could be a little problem in Message 3897 of .

she was deleted and unjoined on most of the boards...a few nuked her...but she was making fun of my Paganism nonetheless so anywho...it to me shows a bit of hypocrisy and I don´t know how you feel but I don´t find how a person can be both a Christian and a Pagan at the same time...they can live their life according to the philosophy of both religions but they can´t practice both at the same time...You are either Christian or you are Pagan...it is sort of like trying to say you are Jewish and Christian at the same time...you can´t be both, you are one or the other.  I have no problem with a person changing their mind...I changed mine about religion after being a Baptist for my entire life and then a Catholic under my husband´s direction and then when I got a mind of my own I became Pagan.  I respect my husband´s beliefs they are his beliefs and he has a right to believe something that I do not...but he also respects my beliefs mutually.  It works because of our backgrounds and understanding of where both of us come from on religion...on a side note my grandmother was one of those crazies that Palin is and they are NUTS.  I was  a kid and ran out of that church terrified.

SMD, you are nothing but a liar. I haven't been a member of TPG for a very long time now because I don't join groups where I don't respect a large number of members there, especially the management. unlike you, I don't kidd management's butt. I certainly have never made fun of you being Wiccan. That would be dumb.

BTW, it really doesn't matter what you personally think about if anyone can be a Christian Pagan because you are just another nobody in the full scheme of things. I will jnot argue that point with you because you are allowed your opinion and I am allowed mine. I will agree to disagree with you.

I have to somewhat agree with you about The Assembly of God church. They do have some very scary people as part of their memberships and part of their elders.

Freedom of speech is one thing we consider
essential here but don't push the envelope
too far, Iron Panda.

I could have my history confused on this: but weren't some of the early Dutch a Pagan/Christian practice?

Found one - http://dsc.discovery.com/news/2008/10/01/jesus-bowl.html I usually check the Discovery  site every couple of weeks but I missed this one. I have been a little preoccupied with the idiots in D.C. and what they have been doing.
they have found a bowl, dating to between the late 2nd century B.C. and the early 1st century A.D.,
The full engraving on the bowl reads, "DIA CHRSTOU O GOISTAIS," which has been interpreted by French epigrapher and professor emeritus Andre Bernand as meaning either, "by Christ the magician" or "the magician by Christ."
I wouldn't think that this would necessarily mean Jesus the Nazarene. If the owner was indeed a magus, then they would have reached a degree where they would have been CHRSTOU; or the 'anointed one'.

For one thing, some people try and sit on you. Others fill you with fruit as if you were some kind of ornamental receptacle on their table. Real fruit is ok, but some actually stuff plastic fruit with a shelf life longer than granite on you.

In reality, nothing is wrong with being Wiccan. If you are Wiccan, and you treat others as you would like to be treated, then you are a good person.
