Do you can or anything?

I am not making and selling all kinds of unusual jellies, jams and conserves. Of course, I also make regular stuff like applebutter and such as that. One of my latest I have sold, and kids love it, happens to be pink lemonade jelly. Our grandkids just love it. They also love the grape soda jelly that I make. You would be surprised at how well those types of jellies sell at the craft shows and such in MO. I also sell my homemade granola that I make with green chili pistachios.

I make jelly and jams, and love it.  Actually any kind of canning I like.

Since we made our move in mid-June, I missed out on my jellies and jams.

I'm sure that you make it too, but my favorite is Strawberry-Fig preserves.

Can't wait till next Spring.  They grow all kinds of berries up here and you can go and pick yourself.  I'm also glad to see that there are Wild Mustang Grape vines all up here.

Do you have any recipes that are sugar free or no sugar added?  I've had a hard time finding any of those.

I don't personally have any recipes, but here's a link for pectin that jells without sugar. For sweeteners, they mention honey, splenda, and even stevia.

Thanks!  I've tried to use artificial sweetners but it would never jell.  Haven't tried Splenda because I thought it turn out the same way.  I hate wasting things!

Most people like my jalapeno pepper jelly.......It's pretty good, if you like hot and sweet together.

My baby girl grew watermelons last year......and I was desperate to find something to make out of them......because you can only eat so much watermelon......so I made watermelon jelly and watermelon preserves.........that is good stuff.  Also, my favorite picks are made from watermelon rind........those are some kinda good.

ooohhh yyyeeeaaahhhh...
used to make a Blackberry jam with a honey sweetening from our own blackberries that would made Smucker's all fruit cry. But neighboring farmer oversprayed one year and killed them.
Our kids were raised on what we hunted and grew; and now I'm glad we did it that way.

Blessed be

I made some Blue Raspberry Lemonade jelly. It is such a pretty color. The kids love it. I also made some Tropical Fusion jelly that I made out of Jello. LOLOLOL The blue raspberry lemonade jelly was made from Kool-Aid. It is amazing what one can make into jelly.
