one year aqgo today, the founder of this forum was taken from our midst, a good decent, aqnd in my eyes a man dedicated to his god, his country, and his wonderful family, they dont make men like rattl anymore.

 

in my mind and soul rattl was the epitome of three concepts which i will swhare with him until my time on this earth is through.

 

DUTY, HONOR COUNTRY!

 

i miss you rattl, i lost a brother one year ago today, i love you man, may your god keep you in his countenance and bring you a well deserved everlasting peace, as for things here, well it just aqint the same without you mkan, its abit emptier, and alot more hollow.    jerry

 

 

ps.  i want to add to this here, back when a certain troll came into the old ep, i went to war with that piece of garbage, and rattl warned us both of our behavior, but there was one thing i was certain of, rattl was more dedicated to allowing me to defend myself, then he was ultimately loyal to any forum, both being nam era vets, he as well as i understood the need for freedom of speech, and moreso the right to personal defense.

 

rarely has a man or woman for that matter displayed that quality in these forums, rattl was a profound exception to the normal behaviors we read everyday.

 

i just wantedto pay homage to a man i had, and still have absolute respect for, and moreso i wanted to share this with you on the first anniversay of his passing, rattl was and still is in my mind and heart, the founder of the POLITICAL BRIGADE.  thanks, jerry
