34 here at 7am, just went out an hour ago, was up to 37, i love it, i love it, i love it.  jerry

We had a bit of snow last week and we are expecting a little more by Wednesday. It's warm today though, a balmy 53 right now.

 

I've been climatized.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr holy cow. Too darn cold.

I want SNOW!!!

 

You guys have no idea what we do out here when it snows....we know how to use our pickups....

The snow is going to be back here by Thursday, maybe even Wednesday. I love the snow all of the way until the middle to end of January. By the time May rolls around I cry when the forecast calls for snow. Last year the ground was frozen until just before school let out.

 

Anyway, the early snows are nice because it's fun for the kids and my dog. When it's warm like it's been the snow is perfect for making snowfolks and having snowball fights.

We had some snow here last year. About an inch or so. It lasted about half a day.

 

 

  We've already had some snow. It's a beautiful day clear and cool. The weather forecast is calling for a low of 15 degrees tonight. I don't mind. I have good Columbia boots that are good down to -65. I have a brand new Columbia coat, good gloves, longjohns and ear muffs .Life is good if you can dress for the weather.

We had snow today and we are expecting more tonight but it's not suppose to stick.

45 here this morning.  Quite a change from the 79 it was this time yesterday.

 

If you don't like the weather in Texas, give it a few hours and it will change.

Every duck-plucking Frenchman in all of France couldn't produce enough down to keep me warm in temperatures like that. Brrrrrrrr!

That's the way it is here, STX. This time of year you never know what to wear when you get dressed in the morning. It can be freezing in the morning and blistering hot by noon.
