  Jerry thinks that he does. He's all for going to war to beneft another country as long as that country is Isreal. He cares little that it's other people's American kids that do the fighting and dying. He doesn't give a hoot that it makes us more, not less vulnerable to terrorist attacks. He doesn't care wether or not the expense in American tax dollars spent puts us into debt for generations to come. He doesn't care that America is in the grip of an economic crisis as a result. He places the good of Isreal above that of the USA. He doesn't care that all our military and other aid to Isreal will never be reciprocal. He doesn't care that Isreal has never sent a dime to the US except to try to affect US policy to the benefit of Isreal. He tries to convince us that all this is to the benefit of the US. Of course, the sane folks know far better than Jerry. All that really matters is his religious support of Isreal. He is blind to the detrimental effects it has had on the US. Some freaking patriot, huh?

  You posted on another board that you were thinking of giving up your American citizenship and it was because of your support for Isreal. You place the good of Isreal above the good of the US. What defense could you possibly have for that position? Bah! Nobody said anything about not protecting America until she is under seige except for you. Sending our kids to die for Isreal and sending our hard earned tax dollars to Isreal is not in any way defending America. Americanism does not entail any of that. Americanism is all about America. People here refer to Israel as an ALLY.  An Ally is one who assits.  Can anyone tell me the number of Israeli soldiers killed fighting alongisde its number one Ally, the USA in Nam, Grenada, Iraq one and two, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia or anwhere else?  I've looked around and can not fine ONE SINGLE incident of Israel assisting US in a comflict.  Better yet, they killed our own service people on board the USS Liberty.  Do the words "with friends like that etc/" come to mind?
