It's been a fun 9 years or so on MSN Groups... Some of you here are very cool (Especially Womyn, Conlaz and others...) Some of you have gave me a lot o shit over the years, and think I'm an asshole.... that's OK to.

Anyway, with the demise of MSN foums, I think I'm gonna take an internet forum break for a while... and concentrate on baking the perfect loaf of San Fran Sour Dough Bread...

Several have come and passed away over time... Never to return to the net ever.

Rattlebug, and BigDog come to mind as a couple of guys I really liked and got to know... (yeah spare me the comments from BigDog haters... we had ONE HELL OF A TIME trashing the Nazis at Large Frauddys Slophouse, and the "alternate universe" Cafe forum was fucking hilarious.... Big Daddy got it shuttered via MSN like the Nazi he is... ) but we got our revenge when his real slophouse got shuttered in return.... I laughed for days. Yeah, I still love a flame war.

Oh... and... Bru... You STILL owe me crabcakes!

Anyway... ya'll take care... and in the words of the chocolate lover...

I hope you have a reliable source for your starter, Nostra.

I've heard that it's unique to SF and after living

outside of that area for a while the natural yeast mutates into

something else entirely. (or perhaps it becomes contaminated

and crossed with the natural yeasts in other areas is the

problem)

Of course if you are in that area, no worries there.

In any case, I wish you success with your quest.
