Please Know You Are In ALL Our Thoughts and Prayers. Upper Spinal Cord Injurys Scare The Heck Out Of Most People, Includeing Me.
Personally I would wait awhile, keep in touch with your NeroSurgeon and have your injury checked Often.
What I don't understand is What does THIS Injury Have to do with anything with your past injurys and what does the pharmacy have to say about your injury? If it all happened on there property and your fall was due to there obstruction to your path in and out of the store they should be held accountable for you injury.
...Last week I was walking into a Supermarket and a large heavy chunk of ice fell off here roof onto me. The store manager wanted to have me taken to the ER. I refused, he ended up buying my groceries and is going to pay for a front tooth I chipped earlier in the year. I told him he tooth was already chipped but he wanted to pay for it anyway....I am thinking he thought I might sue him for the accident. Your case is the same BUT different, they had an exposed hole and KNEW ABOUT IT, Why shouldn't they be liable for thier neglect?
