- 3 chicken breasts, boned, halved, and skinned
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine the chicken breasts with all remaining ingredients. Place in the refrigerator and marinate overnight. The next day, prepare and outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium. Grill the chicken breasts for 6 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through.
