1 1/2 pounds hamberger, 1 med. onion,2 can tomatoe soup (10 3/4 ounce each)condenced, 1 large head cabbage, shredded. preheat oven to 350, in large skillet cook burger and onion till done, drain drippings from pan, add soup,stirring to combine and bring to a slow simmer over low heat. Place cabbage is 2 quart casserole, top with the burger mixture, baked 1 1/2 hours and enjoy! I loved garlic so added a couple of cloves, and spray the pan with pam first, then cooked it with foil over the dish. |
