Basic Philly Style Cheese Cake
1 pre made graham cracker pie crust (or make your own crust with 1 ½ cups crushed graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix well, pat into a deep dish pie plate.)
4 pkgs (8 oz each) of cream cheese-softened
1 cup of sugar (can substitute Splenda)
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 whole eggs
Any fruit pie filling of your choice-optional.
Preheat oven to 325. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night. Chill pie filling in the can, then top cheese cake just before serving. Enjoy!
