From high upon mighty mountains,to lucious valleys below
Curves the mighty river,in search of banks to over flow
To look upon mighty river,so soft, does she seem
 Oh,but it be a ruse,with mighty power,does she scream

The mighty oak, has she broken,as she bores out her rath
The terror that reigns,as she rolls upon her destructive path
Her beauty can turn to fury, with but a drenching storm
An the land shall change its form,as over banks she swarms

So respect this beauty of nature, when so peaceful, she may seem
Remember, despite her beauty, the horror she maybe
She is but a mighty force,as before you ,the river screams
Oh,but to think, she was once a little stream
