Only the other day the electric man came to read the meter., as he tapped on my door I opened it to find two little kids one about 3 and the other 4 following him around throwing stones at him and actually punching him on the legs. He said do you know who these children belong to? I said I have never even seen them on the estate ever.
He took the reading and said hopefully they are gone and as I opened the door these two little kids were shouting abuse at this old lady who was not very happy. The children then turned on the meter reader once again and I watched as they punched, kicked, and swore obscenities at him without batting an eyelid. These boys were still babies to me but obviously brought up without discipline. I blame it on to the PC brigade who says you cant chastise children for doing wrong or even look at them the wrong way anymore.
