min, I hope you like that I show here your collage, so all the friends can see it without looking for.

About mount's colour I have the exact contrary idea than your teacher. Grey is the most neutral color and that is the job of a mount, to don't interfere with the painting.

Double sided tape? I have never done collage but that seems to me as temporary, to let move objects if you want. To finish  I suppose that paste is better. Tape also makes spots by the time.

I like the way you put the bottles. Let us see it when ended.

Ciao

Min the calage  is great. I love the way you have used your colors, but I have to agree with the teacher. I was always told, that when doing a mount, that I used one of the colors in the creation. I was told that it give it a much better contrast to it, and as Sandro mentioned, and I have so many times when mounting a photograph, used double sided tape. It will stick solidly the mounting, and if you have to remove it, there is no tearing of paper.

I agree with Sandro, let us see it when you have completed it. I say,

GO FER IT!!!
