Normally I love David Lynch, but this film was so willfully obscure, and confusing that it drove me nuts.It had some amazing imagery but it seemed to be three (or more) films in one all starring Laura Dern.It seemed to be about illusion, film making, delusion, prostitution, reality, unreality, surreality. In some ways it was a throw back to early surrealist films like 'L'Age D'Or' or 'Une Chien Andelou' but it lasted 3 hours and I fell asleep twice.
