(Mick, I can't see your last two images here above)

What makes me smiling is that I still look at things seen so many times with the amazing pleasure of the first time. As sunset at the sea, these taken two days ago

No two sunsets are ever the same, and looks like you get some pretty impressive ones Sandro, I'm not surprised you're amazed every day.

Summer here has been terrible - this is the worse summer I can ever remember, others have said so too.  The sun has hardly been seen for thick grey clouds and almost permanent rain - my garden smells of mould and there are moths all over the house.

LOL well yes there are all sorts sprouting all over the garden,  probably over me too, I've got soaked plenty of times digging it up,  but don't know if they are safe to eat.  When we had an evening on free food it seemed that fungi was the one thing you should stay away from if you don't know what you're doing.

Some things like it - the apples do, have a bumper crop of those but they'll all get given away, I'm allergic to them, and lettuces don't like too much sun, but got loads of tomatoes & they're not ripening at all.

Same here JODIE, I am ripping my tom's out here as well. In the bin they go. My AGAPANTHUS are very dissapointing, but may fare better next yr. The grape vines are out of controll, inside and outside of the greenhouse. I think I will stop taking cutting now, as no one want's them. The dahlias are rocketing on and with a bit of luck, ie - (a bit of sunshine.) I will take a pic or two to put in.lol....

Just got a copy of Live at Leeds by John Martyn, only 33 years late...but never-the-less it put a huge smile on my face.
John Martyn rules as you all know that`s what I think...;o)

Make No Mistake
John Martyn

If I can't be a happy man, I won't be no one at all
If I can't be just who I am, I won't let you come to call
I was all right before I walked through the door
I was all right outside, but inside I had to cry.

Low today and high tomorrow, I see that it's real
One man's meat's another man's sorrow, do you know how it feels
To be dead drunk on the floor
To get up and ask for more?
To be lying in the dark crying.

If I can't be a peaceful man, I will be who I can
If I can't get everything I want, I'll just get what I can
I was alright before I walked out the door
I was alright inside
But outside I had to look again, again, again...

A love
Love again
A love supreme, divine
Anyway that you want it to be
Love - Its love, its love
Love! Love! Love!
A love supreme, a love supreme
A love supreme, a love supreme

Make no mistake,
Make no mistake, its love
Make no mistake, its love
Make no mistake, its love...

Divine it's love, it's fine, its wine, its time, its love
Love! Love! Love...
Make no mistake, its love
Make no mistake, its love

Make no mistake, its love
It's love... It's love... love...

John will be turning 60 on 11th September, I hope he will have a big smile on his face all day long...

Peace and Love
