............................ to the Blog Spot If you are not already a member then please join us. I have dumped the trial yahoo cf group and am in the process of dumping the Multiply CF group. Why am I dumping it ? I feel it is very unsafe for my members. I had to plough through over 200 pages for sites, viewing their ' thumbnails, avatars, ) ( some really obscene ) to find us. How many people would plough through pages and pages of groups to find us and join us? If anyone on this site has anything they want to save then please save it to your own hard drive as I will not be Migrating the CF group to Multiply for the reason that some who have done so have had big Malware (spyware, hacking) incidents happen. I want to protect the CF members. On the CF Blogspot site I will be updating with 'help' files as to how to post images, tags, videos etc etc ............... all will be on its way very soon. Join us please, we would love to see you in there, it really is very easy to use, just give us a try! See you soon  |

By the way, i deleted my multiply stuff, since crazy friends will not proceed on Multiply! The trojans and virusses were flashing me around the ears!! |

Now look you guy's, You go ahead and save yourself. Myself and robyn will stay with the ship till the end. I will try to stop them taking my home away. MSN will have to fight to close this site down. I think I would have to go and have a propper look at it to be able to tell. I still think though that if this is microsofts replacement for the MSN groups, then they should have been obliged to make it possible to trasnfer all across including memberships. But then MSN have always done just as they liked havnt they. Another MSN group that I am a manager of is for ex work colegues, and goes back many years, with hundreds of very hard to replace pictures in and I know for a fact that no matter what other group service I move it to, members will be lost simply because they wont (or cant be asked to) want to re join anywhere. Also the issue of saving content is irritating. Although it doesnt seem to be a problem in Crazy friends, in a couple of other groups I'm in, it takes about 2 mins for each photo to show in the albums, making saving off almost impossible. I have found a program though that might help. Its not free though, but for my ex work group I might just have to pay up and use this. I have tried the demo and it does work, allowing you to download to your drive all the pictures in an MSN group. (that you are a member of). It might be worth trying this in here Iced to save everything off quickly. Stu |
