Hi Crazy Friends, now you have seen my melons, take a look at my mouth watering fruits............. My victoria plums: This plum tree is about 18years old. My apple tree - grew from a pip (Red Delicious kind) it is 21years old............... My pear tree which I planted last year. Only horse manure is used in my garden and no pesticide, so everything is organic. Lily is going to be a pig again this year! |

Thanks, love showing my favs to my friends. You can't beat eating fruit and veg that you have grown yourself. My sister grew the apple tree from a pip and I have watched it grow and fruit over the years, just amazing! Racepool, I bet you are dying to see those catapillars change into butterflies. Would love to see a picture of your orange tree. I have got a kumquat tree, it was dangling in fruits when I bought it from the Garden Centre but has not fruited for me yet and I have had it in the conservatory for 2 years now. This Spring, I trimmed it down to a few trigs and the new growth is lush so it may fruit next year. Being patient. Lily |
