Hi,

A few years ago, I planted a peach tree, the first yeara yield of one peach, small but fabulous taste..

This year, I picked 250 which had all ripened at the same time, within a day of picking they had started to go off.. I de-stoned them and kepts the best and froze them..

I now have a frozen mass of peach pulp..

Peach ice cream coming out of my ears, and suggestions??

Can I defrost and put into brandy? or should that be done at the time of picking?

Oh! btw  with ref to the plums.. I made a plum and mango ice cream, that os to die for.. and only cost an arm and a leg a scoop...

McPhib..

Oh maybe Sandro or Lily can help with what to do with fruit?

I would have thought that they would have had to have been put into the brandy at time of picking ?

Sounds delicious !

Never had a fruit tree before
